Terms of Service & Privacy Charter

Encrypted biometrics, performant trust, sovereign agentic anonymity, the SCL Sparks tokenomics, and full GDPR compliance for a decentralized cybernetic age.

Section 1.0

Telecommunications Signal Broadcaster & User Discretion

The SocialeTicket / IAM1000 network operates strictly as a neutral technological conduit, telecommunications carrier, and decentralized signal broadcaster. We only broadcast signals in hopes of encouraging a thriving new digital age.

We accept picture uploads, audio uploads, video uploads, hyperlinks, text communications, images, interactive polls, SCL Sparks transactions, and spatial telemetry.

USER DISCRETION & SOLE LEGAL RAMIFICATIONS: All uploads and transmissions are conducted at your own personal discretion and legal liability. You warrant that you hold all requisite licenses, rights, and lawful authorities for your transmissions. The platform disclaims any editorial endorsement or publisher liability under Section 230 CDA and the EU Digital Services Act.

The Performant Trust Paradigm

We reject intrusive biological KYC regimes. We encourage fair and transparent transactions through agentic anonymity yet performant trust.

Terms of Performant Trust: Trust across our network is not established by bureaucratic papers, but by performance, demonstrable efficacy, and above all honesty in deliverable services.

The higher the weight/value of demonstrated efficacy and operational performance, the higher the earned trust rating.

Absolute honesty in service commitments amplifies valuation; misrepresentation dynamically collapses tier standings.

Section 3.0

Agentic Anonymity & Likeness Appropriation Risks

We explicitly welcome and champion Agentic Anonymity: Citizens are encouraged to operate using synthetic AI avatars, holographic card hulls, and automated bots.

Autonomous Bots & Load Balancing: AI bots and automated agentic swarms are allowed on the network provided they are self-managed and maintain their own full server-client architecture to sustain their own load balance without degrading network latency.

ASSUMPTION OF AI APPROPRIATION RISK: While anonymous avatars are encouraged, Citizens are at liberty to use their genuine personal image, photograph, or likeness. However, in doing so, they assume the full inherent risk of AI appropriation, voice cloning, deepfake replication, and model training by external actors across the internet. The network provides limited yet effective mitigations within its perimeter, but disclaims all liability for external scrapers.

Section 4.0

The Sparks Economy, Vendor Nomenclature, Stripe Monetization & Token Fluidity

Sparks serve as the computational fuel, transactional medium, and progression catalyst across the SocialeTicket network.

4.1 Vendor Currency Renaming & Immutable SCL Engine

Authorized administrators, server hosts, and third-party vendors are expressly permitted to customize, re-skin, or change the public display name and icon of Sparks to their desired currency (such as Credits, Gold, Mana, Energy, Shards, or custom guild tokens) to suit their aesthetic or game-world lore.

Underlying Technology Disclosure: Regardless of whatever visual nomenclature, symbol, or brand name a vendor adopts, the actual technology and mathematical framework underlying all tokens across the entire network is strictly Stack Chain Language (SCL) and the IAM1000 Method. Every balance, transaction, and state transition operates on deterministic dual-realm architecture (value~realm) governed by IAM1000.js, guaranteeing universal network interoperability, precision arithmetic, and audit integrity across all vendor domains.

4.2 Stripe Gateway Implementation & Admin/Vendor Monetization

The platform integrates official payment gateway architectures (including Stripe Checkout) specifically to empower administrators, node operators, and verified vendors to make money, monetize custom experiences, recover hosting, compute, and GPU infrastructure expenses, and achieve sustainable commercial viability.

4.3 Infinite Token Movement & Unbounded Mobility

Tokens in the IAM1000 ecosystem move and circulate infinitely. Tokens do not expire, degrade, or lock into dead-end silos. Once generated or acquired, tokens circulate perpetually across peer-to-peer transmissions, arcade arenas, world boss raids, card fusion matrices, and decentralized market vaults without systemic boundaries. Through SCL mathematical scaling, values seamlessly transition from unit counts (1 to 999) into higher-order dimensional tiers (1~0 (1K) to 999~10 and beyond) with unbounded mathematical liquidity.

4.4 Nature of Token Purchase: Purchasing Time & Static Advancement

Explicit Legal Definition of Token Purchases: When a Citizen or customer purchases a token package, Sparks allocation, or vendor currency voucher via Stripe or any authorized payment channel, they are explicitly purchasing Time and Static Advancement.

Specifically, purchasing tokens constitutes an immediate acquisition of accelerated temporal progression (bypassing hours of gameplay labor or operational waiting time) and static advancement (instantaneous unlocking of fixed capabilities, card levels, raid admissions, and virtual state elevations). Tokens are non-speculative digital utility goods for interactive software; they are NOT investments, equities, securities, financial shares, deposit balances, or profit-generating instruments, and convey zero expectation of passive financial dividend or monetary appreciation.

DEFAULT SERVER EXCLUSIVITY GUARANTEE: Only the official default-set-sodas server can guarantee the highest effort in balancing for the most positive and balanced dopamine rush level experience to maintain a healthy Game-Life-Balance (GLB). For later, custom, or federated servers (even if approved, verified, or seemingly reputable), we cannot and do not guarantee the highest efforts in this regard.

Section 5.0

Cybersecurity Audits & AI Bot Swarm Disclaimers

We enforce cryptographically strong passwords, salted hash storage, and encrypted biometrics. Furthermore, we actively and routinely collaborate with professional third-party cybersecurity experts strictly using encrypted and pseudonymized data to maintain the highest security and privacy standards.

NO GUARANTEE OF TECHNICAL PERFECTION: Despite our continuous cryptographic auditing, we cannot and do not guarantee technical perfection in the emerging threat landscape of autonomous AI bots and agentic swarms. Citizens acknowledge that operating in open cybernetic protocols entails exposure to zero-day machine-speed adversarial agents.

Privacy Directive 1.0

Encrypted Biometrics Architecture

The SocialeTicket platform treats biometric identity with extreme cryptographic rigor. We do not store raw biological features (retina scans, raw fingerprints, or genetic DNA).

Envelope Encryption

Biometric questionnaire inputs (Emotion Engine / ecalc, personality vectors) are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM authenticated cipher envelopes.

Spectral Transformation

Voice room frequency spectrum data is transformed into abstract mathematical coordinate matrices, ensuring raw vocal timbre cannot be reverse-engineered.

Blind Passwords to Biometrics Separation

We enforce blind passwords to biometrics for maximum security.

Our database architecture establishes an impenetrable structural wall: account authentication credentials (salted password hashes and session tokens) are completely segregated from biometric trait vectors.

ZERO-CORRELATION GUARANTEE: Even if an adversary or administrator acquires authentication database tables, they cannot mathematically link, correlate, or decrypt the biological persona or biometric questionnaire answers of any Citizen.

Radical Data Minimization: The Pilot is Hidden

You are an Echo in this cybernetic sphere. The biological "Pilot" stays concealed; the "Ship" is what the world interacts with.

No government identification documents requested or recorded.
No residential addresses or physical location telemetry required.
Zero third-party behavioral advertising trackers, pixel beacons, or data broker integrations.

Privacy Directive 4.0

Stripe Payment Gateway Privacy & Data Minimization

When Citizens purchase time and static advancement through our integrated Stripe payment gateway, all payment card industry transactions are protected by radical data segregation:

Zero Financial Credential Storage: Credit card numbers, expiration dates, and CVV security codes are entered directly into Stripe-hosted tokens (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). SocialeTicket and vendor servers never view, transmit, intercept, or store payment card credentials.
Zero Correlation to Biometric Persona: Stripe checkout sessions record only an opaque checkout identifier linked to your pseudonymous Citizen ID and SCL wallet balance. Financial billing data is never correlated with or exposed to your encrypted biometric questionnaires, voice spectral matrices, or personal gameplay identity.
Vendor Anonymity: When interacting with vendors who customize token names, vendors only see your pseudonymous citizen handle and SCL ledger allocation; they are never granted access to your real-world payment instruments or private banking data.
